Medications ( Drugs ) .
WE MUST TO TAKE A CARE FROM EFFECTS OF THESE MEDICATIONS . THE DRUG NOT AS THE PIECE OF CANDY ( BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE SAY--> I have a headache ..then will take aspirin , or say : I'm going to get a flu then take antibiotic ...etc . And in some conditions you don't need to use drugs . We do not realize that a new bacterial strains have arisen because of us. AND a RULE says : The pressure leads to explosion and The attack leads to resistance ..and more attacks ---> more resistance . In Normal Conditions our body attacks Antigens ( Weired bodies , EX: Bacteria ) and actually this is not attack , IT's DEFENCE . but in my opinion , if this DEFENCE raised to more high level than a normal this will lead to other problems ( and may be more big problem ) .. so if WE have this normal system , WHY WE NEED TO USE EXOGENOUS DEFENCE pills or injections..etc . and the answer is due to failure of the normal level of defence in the defence , so we need to support it ( they don't know that helped in destruction of the normal system) . this program assisted on creating new strains of bacteria , and indeed It is impossible to escape from this program but WE CAN DECREASING IT. The Antibiotic drugs is useful and harmful at same time . most people use antibiotic with wide spectrum for treatment of some simple diseases that not need medications . and as we know that we have natural bacteria in our bodies ( Flora ) and the using of these wide spectrum drugs will kill them by using after using for these drugs ..then will lead to growing harmful bacterias instead of them because they form one of our immune system and other aspect that I think again, the using of non-necessary antibiotics may will help in developing some bacterial Strains Over time.
I was talking about non-necessary medications like using of anti-headache drugs that itself will make the headache over time .
you must don't demand antibiotics for colds or the ﬂu. These are viral diseases for which antibiotics are useless.
